The typical day of an established U.S. Lawns franchisee allows for a lot of flexibility to be present for the important things in their lives. Most will start their day early, greeting and dispatching their crews, followed by some dedicated time to develop customer relationships; either prospecting to find new customers or strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities with existing customers. Much of the personal development, administrative and financial management activities can be completed on their own schedule
The average initial investment ranges between $53,500 and $81,300, which includes the $34,000 franchise fee. We offer in-house financing of up to 70% of the franchise fee for qualified buyers. We offer a sliding royalty structure that begins at 6% of gross sales and declines to 5% and then 4% of gross sales as certain revenue benchmarks are achieved.
We have a data-rich Item 19 included in our franchise agreement, which shows that in 2018 the average franchisee who had been operating at least five years generated $962,677 in gross sales with a 14.9% net profit margin.
Our discovery process, from initial inquiry to agreement signing, generally takes 40-60 days. Once agreements are signed training can be scheduled within thirty days with business launch following immediately after.
