A Molly Maid franchise owner arrives at their office, meets with their teams, catches up with them, and talks about their upcoming day and week. An owner will observe and assist office team with launching teams and getting them out to their routes. After launching, the owner works with their office staff on the lead funnel and identifying current customer opportunities and servicing concerns and performing in-home estimates. At the end of the workday, the owner closes out and makes preparations for next day.
It typically takes 8-12 weeks after signing a Franchise Agreement to open your Molly Maid location, assuming funding is in place.
