More than a decade ago Co-Founders Deanna and Jackson Loychuk recognized the need for something different in the Women’s Only Fitness market. Fast forward ten years and more than 50 Franchise Locations later, it would be safe to say that they were on the right track.
Beginning in 2004, the 30 Minute Hit has lead the way in High Intensity Training and Women’s only Kickboxing, which are now recognized as significant segments within the fitness industry. To ensure their success, 30 Minute Hit provides its franchisees a turn-key business model including: Certification in Physical Training, Administration and Management, Training Management, and Business Development Tools, Marketing Programs and Sales, Training, In-Depth Support Programs, and an amazing team to help you every step of the way!
MRR (monthly recurring revenue) All membership plans are subscription based, no need to track punch cards or worry about drop-in rates.
All online marketing, including SEO and online ads, is developed, designed, tracked, optimized and implemented at the franchise level. A local advertising guide, including artwork, is also provided to each franchisee to help guide them to promote their business in their region. Marketing programs and Sales Training is provided during initial training.
This depends on how the franchisee operates their location. Some owners love being part of the front end training side, where some focus on supporting their staff and managing the business. The main priority is ensuring that 30 Minute Hit members are getting a quality experience when they come in. Is the facility nice, is the staff well trained etc. Franchisees should be engaged with their business, up to date on any changes/franchise updates, attending bi-weekly owners training sessions and relaying that information to their training team. Whether they want to be a trainer or not, is really up to them, but they should always be willing to support their team when needed.
We have a forecast calculator tool that can be customized for the region (rental rates) and for how the franchisee sees themselves running the business (staffing costs). This is always helpful for them to see the potential earnings based on how they see themselves running the business and where. Each location will vary on earning potential. Our Item 19 is helpful as well.
Franchisees do not have to have any prior fitness industry or business ownership experience as each Owner will go through a very detailed UniversHITy physical training and onboarding program.
