As a Computer Troubleshooter you and your team will help local small businesses and home users solve their computer problems, implement new technologies, and improve their productivity. To become a “CT” you must be motivated to help others and to become a recognized IT resource for your local community. IT experience is helpful, but not required since our experienced national & regional teams will help you hire the right techs to be successful. 
Our Market
Most of your work will come from your local small business and residential customers. Anyone with a computer or network is a potential CT client, however we focus on the 1 to 25 employee “micro-business” as a fun, profitable, and satisfying market to service. Some of your clients may also come from our global dispatch program where we work with national & global companies who need computer support for their customers or associates in multiple locations. And since much of our work can be done remotely, you’ll also be able to assist your fellow CT’s around the country too.
