12 Ways to Promote your Award-Winning Franchisee Satisfaction

Congratulations! Your franchisees have rated your franchise system among the best in the industry. This puts you at a tremendous advantage when it comes to marketing your franchise opportunity to new candidates. Here are 12 easy ways you can promote this amazing accomplishment and really help drive your franchise development process.
1.) Automated Phone Announcement
Many companies today have an automated announcement for incoming calls. This is a great opportunity to promote your award-winning status. Try adding a message like… “Thank you for calling [Franchise Name], recently rated one of the top franchises in North America by Franchise Business Review…”. And if you use a live operator, simply work the above text into their standard script. It may seem uncomfortable at first, but it will have a huge impact on your candidates, customers and current franchise owners.
2.) Voice Mail
Running with the same idea in number 1, have any corporate staff the receive calls from candidates add some award-winning verbage to their voice mail. Something like… “Hi. This is Bill. I’m sorry a missed your call but I am eager to speak with you about our award-winning franchise opportunity, recently named one of the top franchises in North America by Franchise Business Review. Please leave your name, phone number and the best time to return your call. Thank you for calling and have a great!”

Being rated one of the top franchises by your own franchisees is an honor that will have meaning to both candidates as well as your customers. Everyone likes to deal with an award-winning company!
